Yusen Logistics commenced its activities in Turkey on 1 October 2012 under the name Yusen Logistics Turkey. Additionally, the improvement in the Japanese and Turkish economies will mean that this collaboration will be well placed to provide the high quality international logistics services so long demanded by the region.

We are now in a position to accelerate our development in the sector, as Yusen is already active in countries where there is a concentration of Turkish foreign trade, serving leading global brands. We believe this collaboration serves the best interests of Turkish customers in the global market and global customers in Turkey’.

Managing Director of Yusen Logistics Europe Ian Veitch commented on the partnership, ‘I am delighted to endorse this partnership and we look forward to working with İnci Logistics to increase activity in this region. Yusen has ambitious growth plans for Turkish markets where we see significant opportunity in both the short and long term, in terms of both domestic and international solutions.’
